Snapchat's New Filters Recognize What Is in Your Photo Plus, Instacart signs a deal with Albertsons and Minted creates an on-demand photography service.

Snapchat's new filters can recognize what's in your photos. Once the app spots what is in your photo, it will suggest stickers, borders or graphics to make your post perfect. The suggested stickers will appear as options in the carousel of filters after you take a photo.

Instacart has signed a deal with Albertsons to offer same-day grocery delivery. The deal will help Instacart be available in 80 percent of markets across the U.S. by the end of 2018. The grocery on-demand startup is rumored to be worth $2 billion.

Creating your family Christmas card can now be done at a one-stop shop. The stationary startup Minted has created an on-demand photography service. Minted users can now pay $100 to book a 30-minute session with a high-quality freelance photographer. This photo service has launched in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
