Organized by Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center, Sheraa, the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SharjahEF) 2018 gathered more than 3,000 attendees consisting of youth, entrepreneurs, government partners, investors and industry veterans, as well as exhibiting MENA's promising startups at SharjahEF's Startup Town, plus held workshops and key panel discussions on entrepreneurship, emerging tech, fostering the startup ecosystem and more. Speaking on the sidelines of Sharjah EF 2018, Entrepreneur Middle East talks to Gary Vaynerchuck, Chairman of Vaynerx, as he shares his advice for entrepreneurs.

On overcoming self-doubt and building a successful enterprise, Vaynerchuck stresses that as an entrepreneur, self-doubt is simply part of the process. He also shares his tips of managing a fast-growing company, which includes being patient, practical and managing your teams well, among other factors.
