How You Can Form Better Habits Faster For busy business professionals, behavior science expert James Clear offers his tips for finding your groove and being as happy and productive as possible.

Forming good habits can be the difference between you being productive or unproductive. Successful or unsuccessful. But, sometimes, forming habits takes time. Some people believe that habit formation takes 21 days while others say it can take a couple of months.

So how can entrepreneurs who are focused on success and results, but are crazy busy starting a company, form good habits, faster? In this video, behavior science expert James Clear talk about how some people think it's best to do whatever it is you need to do at 10,000 miles an hour, but that there's a better strategy for success.

"It comes down to small wins at average speed," Clear says.
