On this episode of the Spartan UP! podcast series, Entrepreneur Network partner Joseph De Sena meets with the founder of sports promotion company MatchRoom, Barry Hearn, to discuss finding your direction and doing what you love.

Hearn explains that the two things you must do is focus on your objectives and have a strong work ethic. Being relentless and setting realistic targets will help get you on your way.

Everyone is different and everyone has the ability to do something in this world. Whether people act on their abilities is the real challenge, Hearn explains. Starting early, never limiting yourself and having big dreams is the best way to get started. Eventually, as you progress, your focus will narrow and you'll figure out what you love. Don't commit yourself too early though, Hearn says.
