Eric Schmidt, Google's executive chairman and former CEO, will divvy out management advice in an upcoming book.

Publisher Business Plus, an imprint of Hachette Book Group, will release his new book titled No Adult Supervision Required: How To Build Successful 21st Century Companies in the fall of 2014, according to the Associated Press. Jonathan Rosenberg will serve as the book's co-writer.

The book should be filled with interesting and colorful tidbits based on Schmidt's lengthy resume. And, if the title is any indication, the businessman has an impeccable memory. In 2011, the Google executive chairman announced his role change on Twitter by posting a link to his blog post stating, "Day-to-day adult supervision no longer needed!" Sound familiar?

Schmidt served as CEO of Google from 2001 to 2011 before he was replaced by the company's co-founder Larry Page. This will be his second book. In April, Schmidt released the book The New Digital Age.
