The second phase of the AI & Digital Commerce for Women initiative, implemented through collaboration between BTU and Mastercard, is now launching. AI & Digital Commerce for Women 2.0 is a three-month intensive training programme designed to support 25 selected women entrepreneurs in Georgia in creating, launching, and developing AI-powered e-commerce businesses.
The 12-month programme for the first cohort of 25 women entrepreneurs will be completed in September. Throughout the first phase, participants received practical training in financial literacy, digital and AI literacy, branding, digital marketing, and e-commerce, while working on the development of their own businesses. The programme supports participants throughout the process of building fully functional online businesses and integrating secure digital payment systems.
The second phase will provide participants with an opportunity to deepen their practical knowledge and experience, combining financial literacy, digital entrepreneurship, AI tools, and e-commerce platform development.
Through practical learning modules, participants will work on transforming their business ideas into fully functional online businesses, integrating digital payment systems, and developing market-entry and growth strategies.
Participants will gain knowledge and practical experience in:
- Financial literacy;
- Digital entrepreneurship;
- Artificial intelligence tools;
- Branding and digital marketing;
- E-commerce platform development;
- Digital payment system integration;
- Launching and scaling an online business.
The programme also places a strong emphasis on women's digital and financial inclusion, strengthening regional representation, and supporting women from diverse social and geographic backgrounds across Georgia.
The programme aims to provide participants with practical knowledge, tools, and professional connections that will support their active participation in the digital economy and the development of sustainable businesses.
Those interested in participating are invited to complete the registration form by August 28.
