Silk Hospitality has hosted a major international gathering in Georgia, bringing together hoteliers from member properties of The Leading Hotels of the World and representatives of the VITA agency. The event took place across two key locations: The Telegraph Hotel in Tbilisi and Tsinandali Estate in Kakheti.

The multi-day program brought together industry professionals from around the world, creating a space to exchange experiences, discuss current trends in tourism and hospitality, and build new partnerships.

A key part of the agenda was dedicated to B2B meetings between hoteliers, members of The Leading Hotels of the World, and VITA agencies, some of the most influential players in luxury travel. The Telegraph Hotel was actively involved in these meetings and engaged directly with agency representatives. Each hotelier had the opportunity to present their property, culture, and unique identity, offering a deeper understanding of what they represent.
At the same time, the program encouraged connections among hoteliers themselves, creating a platform to share insights, experiences and perspectives on today's evolving hospitality landscape.
Opened in June 2025, The Telegraph Hotel is the first hotel in the Caucasus to join The Leading Hotels of the World. Set within a historic building that once served as a central communications hub, the hotel has been reimagined as one of Tbilisi's key meeting points, blending contemporary design with cultural heritage. It hosted a significant part of the program, welcoming international-level meetings in the heart of the city.
The event once again highlighted Silk Hospitality's long-standing experience in organising high-level international gatherings.
"We were proud to host one of the most important events in the international hospitality industry together with The Leading Hotels of the World. Silk Hospitality holds a leading position in Georgia's hospitality sector, bringing together more than 20 properties where we offer diverse, high-quality experiences to our guests. The programme concluded at the Rustaveli Theatre, where Georgian gastronomy, music and national ballet came together as one experience. I believe events like this play an important role in strengthening Georgia's position on the global tourism map." - David Rapava, CEO of Silk Hospitality
"Since opening, The Telegraph has become a favourite meeting place for both local and international guests. It is especially meaningful for us to host an event of this scale in our very first year. Our goal is to create a space where Georgian hospitality meets international standards, and we believe this is already felt in every detail. For many members of The Leading Hotels of the World, this was their first opportunity to experience the richness and diversity of hospitality in Georgia." – Noutsa Ramishvili, General Manager of The Telegraph Hotel

"Tsinandali Estate has a long history and a special place in Georgia's cultural life. In the 19th century, during the time of Prince Alexander Chavchavadze, it was a gathering place for prominent cultural figures and distinguished guests from around the world. This tradition continues today. Our aim was to offer representatives of The Leading Hotels of the World a truly memorable experience in this historic setting and to share a kind of hospitality they will carry with them long after they leave Georgia." - Buba Nedorostkov, General Manager of Tsinandali Estate
The event once again underlined Georgia's growing role in the international hospitality landscape and its increasing visibility on the global tourism map. It also stands as another example of the scale and ambition of initiatives led by Silk Hospitality to strengthen the country's international positioning.
