From May 31 to June 7, the international gastronomic festival, Tbilisi Gastro Week 2026, will unfold in strategic partnership with Studio Liberty.
Celebrating its milestone 5th anniversary, this year's edition promises an unprecedented scale, uniting the world's leading chefs, sommeliers, culinary experts, and international media. The core mission of Tbilisi Gastro Week is to elevate the contemporary Georgian gastronomic platform and promote the country's rich culinary and wine heritage on the global stage.
This year, the festival focuses on gastronomy, wine culture, and sustainable tourism. Georgia will host globally acclaimed visionaries, including Florian Guilloteau, the Wine Director of the legendary Ritz Paris. In collaboration with renowned Georgian sommelier Anna Godabrelidze, he will host exclusive wine tastings and curated dinners.
Adding to the stellar lineup is French culinary icon and 3-star Michelin chef, Jacques Pourcel, who will present an exclusive dinner at Ostigan restaurant alongside Michelin-starred chef Stéphane Gortina. On June 7, the celebrated Michelin-starred Japanese chef Takahiko Kondo of Gucci Osteria will bring the festival to a spectacular close.
