Tsinandali Estate Hosts the Eighth Season of the Tsinandali Festival

From September 3–13, the historic Tsinandali Estate will host the Tsinandali Festival for the eighth time.
Over the years, the festival has become an integral part of the cultural life of Tsinandali Estate, bringing together internationally acclaimed musicians, emerging artists, and classical music audiences from around the world.
Throughout the festival, the teams of Silk Hospitality and Tsinandali Estate Hotel, will create a distinctive experience for guests across the concert venues, hotel spaces, and throughout the estate.
The eighth season will feature internationally renowned musicians, including Lisa Batiashvili, Sergei Babayan, Marc-André Hamelin, Alexander Malofeev, Anita Rachvelishvili, Kian Soltani, Pinchas Zukerman, and others.
A key part of the programme is the Pan-Caucasian Youth Orchestra, which will perform four concerts under the direction of Rafael Payare, Nikolaj Szeps-Znaider, and the festival's Music Director, Gianandrea Noseda.
This year's season will also feature Georgian musicians, including Giorgi Gigashvili and Giorgi Mardaleishvili. The Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Company will join the festival, while the stage will once again welcome the Georgian National Ballet Sukhishvili.
Georges Bizet's La Tragédie de Carmen will be presented in a distinctive format, featuring Anita Rachvelishvili, Nika Lagvilava, Mikheil Sheshaberidze, and Ana Palavandishvili. The production is directed by Dmitry Krymov and conducted by Ilia Inaishvili.
