The Telegraph Hotel has introduced a new addition to its experience – the Wellness Studio. With the latest Technogym technology and a dedicated reformer Pilates area, the fitness space provides hotel guests and local visitors with an exclusive setting designed for comfort and performance.

The Wellness Studio team is made up of qualified, client-focused fitness instructors who work closely with members participating in selected programmes to develop personalised training plans and provide tailored nutrition guidance aligned with each programme's objectives.

"When creating this concept, we aimed to reflect the five-star experience associated with Leading Hotels of the World. Wellness Studio is built around the idea of maximum comfort for our guests. The space offers a distinctive, intimate atmosphere and is equipped with premium products, including Diptyque and Anne Semonin Spa amenities, as well as Dyson accessories. Every detail has been carefully considered with the user experience in mind. The concept was developed in collaboration with one of the world's most renowned architectural studios, Neri & Hu, whose extensive international portfolio spans projects of various scales. We believe Wellness Studio is a bold step for our group, offering guests a truly elevated experience." - Noutsa Ramishvili, General Manager of The Telegraph Hotel.

Members of the Wellness Studio can enhance their programme with specially prepared daily meals by the hotel's café, Bell & Grey, offered as an optional add-on. In the future, members will have access to individually designed menus featuring three balanced meals per day.
