Trump Tower Tbilisi made its highly anticipated global debut with a spectacular launch celebration on September 15, bringing together distinguished guests from Georgia and around the world for an unforgettable evening marking the arrival of one of the country's most ambitious real estate developments.

Held high above the Georgian capital at Tbilisi's iconic Funicular, the invitation-only celebration brought together international business leaders, project partners, investors, celebrities, artists, influencers and global media for the first official unveiling of Trump Tower Tbilisi - the signature landmark that will anchor the approximately US$2 billion Downtown Tbilisi development.

Against the dramatic backdrop of Tbilisi's illuminated skyline, guests were given their first look at the vision, architecture and lifestyle behind Trump Tower Tbilisi through a multimedia presentation and official unveiling. The evening blended Georgian culture with international glamour, culminating in headline performances by Grammy Award-winning artist CeeLo Green and internationally acclaimed DJ and producer Francis Mercier.

The celebration marked far more than the introduction of a new tower. It served as the first major public showcase of Downtown Tbilisi and the international ambitions behind the new mixed-use destination planned beside the city's Central Park.

"This was the first real opportunity for people to see the scale and vision behind Trump Tower Tbilisi. It's an exciting milestone for the project and for Downtown Tbilisi, which is quickly becoming one of the most dynamic business and lifestyle destinations in the region," said Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization. "We are so excited for Tbilisi's future as an international investment and real estate destination. We're incredibly excited to officially introduce Trump Tower Tbilisi and bring the Trump brand to the city."

Trump Tower Tbilisi is being developed in collaboration with The Trump Organization as part of the broader Downtown Tbilisi development. Archi Group and INVIA are the main partners and developers of Downtown Tbilisi, with The Sapir Organization serving as co-developer and Block Stone Capital, Finvest Georgia and Vector Group participating as minority partners. Together, the partners are combining deep local market knowledge with international expertise to create a landmark destination intended to transform the way people live, work, shop and experience Tbilisi.
At the heart of the development will stand Trump Tower Tbilisi, the first tower to rise and the signature architectural landmark of Downtown Tbilisi. Designed by Gensler Washington, D.C., the 62-storey tower will reach approximately 280 metres, making it the tallest building in Georgia and creating a dramatic new presence on the capital's skyline.

"Last night demonstrated the extraordinary excitement surrounding both Trump Tower Tbilisi and Georgia itself," said Ilia Tsulaia, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Archi Group. "Today, more than one in four of our buyers is international, and that share continues to grow. Tbilisi reminds me of Dubai at the moment it was becoming a truly global destination. The arrival of Trump Tower is a powerful signal of international confidence in Georgia and an important new chapter in the country's development."
"Tbilisi is a city of the future, and the energy surrounding this launch underscored just how much international interest there is in what is happening here," said Levan Pkhakadze, Founder and CEO of INVIA. "Trump Tower Tbilisi brings together global design, the legacy of the Trump brand and deep local market expertise. It is an extraordinary combination and reflects our confidence in Georgia's continued growth."

"We were thrilled to unveil Trump Tower Tbilisi before such a distinguished international audience," said Alex Sapir, Chairman and CEO of The Sapir Organization. "This is a transformative project - one with the scale, architecture and ambition to redefine Tbilisi's skyline and establish a new benchmark for high-end residential development in the region."
Set on an eight-hectare site beside Tbilisi's Central Park, Downtown Tbilisi is envisioned as a new city-within-a-city comprising six towers and approximately 600,000 square meters of gross building area. The approximately US$2 billion master plan will encompass 500,000 square feet of retail, 450,000 square feet of offices, 450,000 square feet of hotel space and 2.7 million square feet of residential space.
The retail component of Downtown Tbilisi's podium, inspired by Miami's Bal Harbour Shops, will integrate luxury retail and premium dining with the adjacent park, creating an indoor-outdoor destination for residents, visitors and the surrounding community.

Trump Tower Tbilisi residences will offer a city-meets-park lifestyle, with private access to the adjacent Central Park, landscaped terraces and amenity decks, along with international fine dining and luxury retail at street level. Studio residences will start at approximately $290,000, with pricing starting from $7,000 per square meter.
The development is financed through a comprehensive financing package provided by two of Georgia's leading banks, TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia, whose parent groups are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The launch comes as Georgia continues to attract a growing international audience of investors, residents and visitors. Situated at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, the country has recorded average annual real economic growth of roughly 9 percent over the past four years, while its extensive network of free-trade agreements provides access to markets representing approximately 2.3 billion consumers.
For the hundreds of guests gathered above Tbilisi on September 15, however, the evening was as much a celebration of the city's future as it was the unveiling of a new development.

With the lights of the Georgian capital below, international entertainment on stage and leaders from business, government and real estate gathered together, Trump Tower Tbilisi officially announced its arrival - and put an international spotlight on a city increasingly positioning itself among the world's emerging destinations for investment, business and sophisticated urban living.
