Silk Development's project Green Cape Botanico is a winner of Booking.com's prestigious Traveller Review Awards 2026. One of the most respected awards is granted annually based on millions of traveler reviews and recognizes the best accommodation projects and hotels worldwide.
This year, Green Cape Botanico achieved a 9.4 rating, highlighting its contemporary architecture, harmonious integration with the natural environment, and high-quality services. Remarkably, this is the project's second consecutive year receiving the award, reflecting consistent guest satisfaction and trust.
The construction of Green Cape Botanico was completed in 2023, and the project has since received numerous international awards. At the FIABCI-Georgia Prix d'Excellence Awards 2024, it won Best Leisure Resort of 2024 and Best Mid-Rise Residential Building of 2024, recognized by an international jury of real estate experts for its architecture, concept, and execution.
At the Archello Awards 2024, the project was named People's Choice Winner in the category Housing Project of the Year - Mid Rise, out of more than 1,000 competing projects. Additionally, it has been listed among the nominees for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture - Mies van der Rohe Awards 2026, one of Europe's most prestigious architecture awards.
Green Cape Botanico is located near Batumi, just a 2-minute walk from the Botanical Garden and only 9km from the city center. Silk Development completed its construction in 2023. The complex consists of two 7-story residential buildings and a wellness and relaxation center. Each of the 80 apartments features large panoramic windows that offer breathtaking views of the Black Sea and the surrounding natural landscape. The buildings blend seamlessly with the lush subtropical environment, fully immersed in nature, creating a harmonious and tranquil retreat for residents and visitors alike.

Green Cape Botanico was delivered by Silk Development in partnership with ANAGI, an experienced construction company. The master plan, architecture, and interior design were created by architectural firm MUA Architecture & Placemaking.
