Students Say - Careers
The Career Services Center and Employment at Kent State offers resume writing and interview coaching, an alumni job hotline, campus interviews, and updated vacancy listings. The center also hosts a number of campus career fairs and recruiting events, which bring over 500 employers to campus annually. Many students, however, come to Kent State because it has a good reputation at their current company, and they hope to use the degree as a springboard towards a better position. These students aren't looking for a new position, per se; however, they do feel Kent State will help them advance in their professional goals. Acurrent student enthuses, "The MBA program has made me feel like I am able to move up a couple levels and eventually take that coveted top spot at CEO."
