Doctor of Physical Therapy This program is to graduate students prepared to assist and direct the patient or client in achieving optimum function through the learned skills, clinical experience, diagnostic proficiency, and ethical and behavioral standards. Master of Occupational Therapy This program is to graduate students with an emphasis on the clinical reasoning skills necessary to analyze human occupation and to implement occupational therapy treatment that promotes quality of life for the clients whom they serve. Doctor of Occupational Therapy This program is to graduate students with advanced knowledge in occupational science who have the leadership, entrepreneurial, and clinical skills necessary to promote the knowledge base of occupational therapy. Dual-Degree Option USA provides a unique opportunity to become both a physical and an occupational therapist.The most common track is to complete the occupational therapy program then continue an additional four semesters (1 year and 4 months) in the physical therapy program.
