School Says - Student Body
"It's like meeting the whole world every day."
The student body at GISMA Business School consists of young professionals aged 28 on average. They come from all around the world and their linguistic and professional diversity culminate in a communicative, open-minded atmosphere.
- Julia Gaydina from Russia (MBA 2007)
"I was a member of the Volkswagen consulting project team, which was one of the most popular in our class. Our team was made up of people from extremely diverse backgrounds, representing seven countries (Bosnia, Ecuador, Germany, Peru, Russia, Taiwan and the U.S.) on four continents. There was no doubt about it: Our team was every bit as international as GISMA itself!"
- Christian Driemel from Germany (MBA 2007) on his internship in the "Silicon Valley" of India:
"For me, it was extremely gratifying to discover that what we had been learning at GISMA in just four short months could already be applied to real-world challenges. Even without prior business training, I was able to make proposals that ended up benefiting the company. It was also great to see that it's possible to work anywhere in the world."

School Says - Academics
1. MBA program (full-time)
This 11-month AACSB-accredited full-time MBA program is offered uniquely in cooperation with Purdue University's Krannert School of Management, Indiana, USA and Leibniz Universitat Hannover, Germany. It is aimed at young management professionals from around the world who hold a college degree and have already had some job experience. With its distinctly "real-world" approach, GISMA's full-time MBA program excels at preparing graduates for the challenges of an increasingly global, highly dynamic marketplace. The learning environment is characterized by a pronounced spirit of teamwork among young people from a great variety of cultural, educational and professional backgrounds. Graduates receive dual degrees from both Purdue University and Leibniz Universität Hannover.

2. Executive MBA program (part-time)
The "International Master's in Management Program" (IMM), offered in cooperation with Purdue University's Krannert School of Management in the United States, TiasNimbas Business School in The Netherlands and CEU Business School in Budapest, Hungary, is designed for managerial professionals that have typically worked for an average of ten years. This MBA program (accredited by both AACSB and AMBA) is an "on-the-job" program with residencies at all four collaborating business schools as well as in Mexico and China. Thanks to its concentrated phases of learning, the program is set up in such a way as to enable participants to strike a healthy balance between work, family and study. Graduates receive both the American MBA degree from Purdue University as well as a European MBA degree.

2. Weekend MBA for Young Professionals (part-time)
This 24-month accredited MBA program is aimed at young academics with first work experience and the potential to take on management responsibility within their companies.
