Experimax was founded in 2009, in West Palm Beach, Florida, with the main goal of repairing electronic devices such as computers, notebooks, cellphones, and tablets. Nowadays, Experimax has over 75 franchises. Their locations are predominantly in the United States, but also worldwide, and more than 230 employees.

Experimax’s main services include repairs and upgrades, sell or trade through buying customers old electronic devices, and they also have a shop, where they sell old equipment previously verified, making sure it works efficiently. The electronic devices they work with may include iiPhones, iPads, iMacs, MacBook Air and Pro, Apple Watch, and other brands. All the equipment they sell comes with a 12-month warranty. All their products are inspected, tested, cleaned, and certified.

In addition, Experimax works together with small and big businesses in all fields, and at schools, offering tech devices and repairs. Together with that, they may offer bulk-purchasing discounts, repair discounts, buy-back, software solutions, and a best-in-class warranty.

Why You May Want To Start an Experimax Franchise

If awarded a franchise, franchisees typically receive a great deal of assistance from the Experimax brand throughout the franchising process. In addition to pre-opening training, Experimax works with franchisees through brand awareness, marketing, research, and construction. They also offer hands-on training and continued support after the franchise location has opened.

What Might Make an Experimax Franchise a Good Choice?

Experimax likes to give their franchisees several dozen hours of classroom training, ongoing connection opportunities like meetings and conventions, field operations, and online support. They also provide national media marketing, regional advertising, and website development.

Opening an Experimax franchise could offer a more predictable outcome than investing in a completely new brand that may struggle to thrive in an already crowded and competitive industry.

To be part of the Experimax team, make sure you’re financially ready for an initial investment made up of a franchise fee and other startup costs. In addition, you should prepare yourself for ongoing fees that will include advertising, royalty, and potential renewal fees.

How To Open an Experimax Franchise

As you decide if opening an Experimax franchise is the right move for you, make sure you take time to explore whether this is a good fit for you. If you're interested in technology and repairing devices, this may be an ideal franchise for you to open. Also, franchisees may not need to have any direct expertise in the field.

Research the brand and your local area to see if an Experimax franchise would do well in your community. In general, Experimax works well with Apple products, so look around for the closest retailers near you.

Before making any financial commitment or signing an agreement, it is crucial that you perform your due diligence and establish if this is the right opportunity for you. As part of your due diligence, you may want to speak to existing franchisees and ask the Experimax franchising team questions.

It may be a good idea to speak with an attorney or financial advisor to ensure that you have the necessary financial resources to own and operate an Experimax franchise.
