What Is Delta Restoration Services?

Delta Restoration Services (Delta) is a nationally recognized, award-winning franchise brand in the 210-billion-dollar restoration industry, providing restoration services to commercial and residential properties for water, fire and environmental damage, including reconstruction.

Delta’s Franchise mission is to provide excellent service to our customers and our service partners and to have the best employees who will never sacrifice quality, integrity or ethics. Our goal is to be the most respected restoration company by providing “Peace of Mind… During Uncertain Times®.”

The Delta Story

Delta Restoration Services was conceptualized after Founder and President Michael Mastous spent his career in the restoration industry operating restoration companies, adjusting for insurance carriers and helping other brands expand into restoration. The full-service model was not an option for the customer or for insurance companies to use at the time, and Mike used this gap in the industry to start the award-winning restoration service franchise. Having Delta’s founder and president drive the company’s daily operations and constantly looking for new opportunities to drive efficiencies and profits allows all franchises to benefit from his native operational acumen and operational experience, in real time.

Following Delta’s acquisition by Harris Research Inc. (HRI) Holdings in early 2018, the full-service property restoration brand experienced significant franchise growth and is currently operating in dozens of markets, including its corporately run territory in Denver.

Services Delta Provides

“Peace of Mind… During Uncertain Times®” describes Delta Restoration Services’ commitment to restoring clients’ property and valuables to the condition they were in before the damage. Instead of chasing catastrophe work and leaving holes in local markets like many restoration services companies do, Delta’s model focuses on supporting our own internal customer base, meaning our franchises focus on restoring damage caused by everyday disasters, like fire and smoke from an unattended stove and water damage from dishwasher leaking. In dozens of markets across the United States.

Competitive Advantages

Delta Restoration Services has surpassed its competition through leading-edge systems and broader service offerings, giving the brand a leg-up on quality control and convenience, and helping secure strong relationships with insurance carriers. Delta’s key differentiators include:

  • • A significant company-owned operation in the competitive Denver market, serving as a model franchise that the organization can continually learn from and providing benefits in other areas such as training and research and development – “We live what we are selling”
  • • Delta Seal of Safety : professionally trained, background checked, and drug screened employees
  • • The most open territories that are exclusive and the largest in the industry
  • • Home and business reconstruction services including content restoration, which positions the brand extremely favorably with insurance carriers who value the convenience of working with one comprehensive restoration and reconstruction provider
  • • Full service – Delta offers both mitigation (32% of profits) and construction (68% of profits) services to all of its customers
  • • Strong unit economics – Delta has proven processes that have been successfully duplicated over and over due to its well-designed and supported franchise concept. Average gross revenue for a Delta franchise is $2,467,366
