The Delta Story
Delta Restoration Services was conceptualized after Founder and President Michael Mastous spent his career in the restoration industry operating restoration companies, adjusting for insurance carriers and helping other brands expand into restoration. The full-service model was not an option for the customer or for insurance companies to use at the time, and Mike used this gap in the industry to start the award-winning restoration service franchise. Having Delta’s founder and president drive the company’s daily operations and constantly looking for new opportunities to drive efficiencies and profits allows all franchises to benefit from his native operational acumen and operational experience, in real time.
Following Delta’s acquisition by Harris Research Inc. (HRI) Holdings in early 2018, the full-service property restoration brand experienced significant franchise growth and is currently operating in dozens of markets, including its corporately run territory in Denver.
