Samie Al-Achrafi is an entrepreneur whose career spans six continents, working with governments and organizations around the world to create high performance cultures underpinned by values. He is recognized as one of the world's leading voices on values and culture change, and has won a host of accolades including Most Visionary Business Transformation CEO, Game Changer of the Year, and Most Influential CEO of the Year.  

Samie is currently based in Dubai, where he leads a global team of leadership coaches and facilitators at Marmalade Fish, the first and only certified B Corporation in the GCC.
