Vismay Sharma

Vismay Sharma is the President of L’Oréal South Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa. Based in Singapore, he leads a team of 7,000 beauty experts to bring the best of beauty innovations and create the future in 35 markets spanning New Zealand to Morocco. Sharma joined L’Oréal in India when the local subsidiary was first established in 1994 and was part of the pioneering team that grew L’Oréal’s brands and transformed the beauty industry in India. Prior to leading the SAPMENA Zone, Sharma held various senior international leadership positions across L'Oréal Groupe spanning India, Indonesia, France, United Kingdom and Ireland. His leadership style is defined by innovation, trust and empowerment; he is known for innovating business models powered by tech, accelerating responsible growth and empowering every person who has worked with him to achieve their full potential. In 2021, Sharma joined the Executive Committee of L’Oréal Groupe.
