Deutsche Bank has expanded its investment management capabilities in North Asia with the appointment of Stephen Yeung as Director within its Investment Management (IM) team, according to an internal memo.
Based in Hong Kong, Yeung will be part of the North Asia coverage team and will report to Stephen So.
Yeung brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a senior investment consultant at UBS and Credit Suisse. He began his career at Citibank, where he held the role of Head of Structured Products in Hong Kong, developing deep expertise in investment advisory and structured solutions for high-net-worth clients.
The appointment follows Deutsche Bank's continued investment in its North Asia franchise. In October 2025, the bank named former HSBC executive Cora Chiu as Head of Investment Management for North Asia, underscoring its commitment to strengthening leadership and advisory capabilities in the region.
Deutsche Bank provides tailored wealth management, investment advisory, and discretionary portfolio management services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients globally.
