Following Father's Footsteps? A Conversation With Navroze Godrej Agility or patience? What thrives in business?

When the world is speeding up, will you still stick to patience for success? Navroze Godrej, the fourth generation of the Godrej Group, has a different view.

This young entrepreneur has been working with Godrej for the past seven years, of which he spent the last two years setting up the Innovation Design Center at Godrej. He is highly admirable of his father, Jamshyd Godrej, saying that he has set high standards for everyone in delivering high quality and in his ways of doing business. His adherence to values and patience is a great force, but when it comes to starting your own business, 'it can be testing'.

He says, "I joined Godrej to learn and understand where we are currently. And in doing so I realized that I could impact the company in a very positive way. But going forward, I might do something on my own."
