Phoenix businesses that are at least 2 years old, have a net worth of less than $7.5 million, and annual profits (after federal income tax) of less than $2.5 million may apply for microloan funds ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 through the Enterprise Community Microloan Participation Program operated by the city of Phoenix.
