1. Amazon wants More! The global e-commerce giant is apparently in talks to acquire Kumar Mangalam Birla's retail store More. This could give it an edge over Walmart-Flipkart.

4. In acquisition news today, Flipkart has acquired Liv.ai, a speech recognition startup that will enable voice shopping. Meanwhile, Capital Float takes over personal finance management app Walnut for USD 30 million.
