Gushwork, a US-based agentic AI startup with a major operational presence in Bengaluru, has raised USD 9 million in a seed funding round led by Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital.
Existing investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, B Capital, Seaborne Capital, Beenext, Sparrow Capital and 2.2 Capital also participated in the round.
The company previously raised USD 2.1 million in a pre-seed funding round in July 2023 led by Lightspeed, with participation from B Capital, Sparrow Capital, Seaborne Capital and Beenext.
Founded in 2023 by Nayrhit Bhattacharya and Adithya Venkatesh, Gushwork develops AI-driven tools for B2B marketing. Its platform helps small and medium businesses and manufacturers acquire customers through AI-assisted search engine optimisation. The system combines generative AI with human expertise to generate leads from platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google.
The company said that more than 300 businesses globally use its platform, while around 800 others remain on a waitlist. Its AI agents are designed to help business websites get recommended when buyers ask relevant questions online.
Gushwork reported that 80% of customers see up to a 500% rise in website impressions and a 50% increase in inbound leads within 60 days of deployment.
The startup operates on a subscription model, charging between USD 800 and USD 2,500 per month, and plans to introduce performance-linked pricing.
The new funding will support product development, improve agent accuracy, expand engineering teams and scale go-to-market operations.
