Home services startup Pronto has raised USD 25 million (around INR 228.9 crore) in its Series B funding round led by Epiq Capital.
Existing investors Glade Brook Capital, General Catalyst and Bain Capital Ventures also participated in the round.
The latest fundraise comes six months after the company secured USD 11 million in its Series A round.
Founded in 2025 by Anjali Sardana, Pronto offers 10-minute on-demand home services for urban households. The platform connects customers with trained and background-verified domestic workers. Services include sweeping, mopping, utensil washing, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, laundry assistance and other routine household chores. Bookings can be made instantly or scheduled as recurring services.
The company aims to use the fresh capital to hire and train more professionals and to strengthen operations across its existing markets and service categories over the next 12 to 18 months.
Pronto operates in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai, among other cities. It reported that daily bookings have grown from around 1,000 to over 18,000 in the past seven months, with week-on-week growth of more than 20%.
The startup currently works with nearly 3,000 service professionals and has a core team of about 60 employees. It recently moved its headquarters to Bengaluru while continuing customer support operations in Gurugram.
In the instant home services segment, Pronto competes with Snabbit and Urban Company's Insta Help.
