B2B SaaS Firm Mojro Raises USD 3 Mn in Funding Round

B2B SaaS platform Mojro has raised USD 3 million in a funding round led by IAN Alpha Fund, with participation from 1Crowd and existing investors.

The startup said the new capital will support expansion in the United States and Southeast Asia, further development of its AI-driven optimisation technology, and hiring across product, engineering and sales.

Founded in 2016 by Kishan Aswath, Amit Kulkarni and Ranganath Seetharamu, Mojro provides logistics planning and optimisation software for mid- to large-sized enterprises. Its platform is used across consumer goods, retail, courier, dairy and e-commerce to improve routing, manage delivery constraints and lower distribution costs.

Mojro derives over 60% of revenue from overseas markets, including US, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines. Its products PlanWyse and ExecuteWyse support supply chains, delivering measurable results within 90 days typically.

DATOMS Raises INR 25 Cr in Series A Round Led by Big Capital JSC

Indian industrial deeptech IoT startup DATOMS has raised INR 25 crore (about USD 2.76 million) in a Series A funding round led by Big Capital JSC.

The round also included participation from IvyCap Ventures and follow-on investment from YourNest Venture Capital. In October 2023, the startup had secured USD 1.2 million in funding led by YourNest.

The fresh capital will be used to enhance product and technology capabilities, enter new markets, and expand teams across engineering, data science, operations and enterprise sales.

The startup also plans to strengthen its AI and analytics features, improve automation tools, and accelerate development of predictive maintenance, performance optimisation and energy management solutions.

Founded in 2021 by Amiya Samantaray, Asish Sahoo, Nataraj Sahoo and Amrit Biswal, DATOMS builds an industrial IoT platform that connects machines and converts them into trackable assets.

The startup currently monitors over 25,000 machines across sectors and aims to scale to one lakh machines within a year, serving more than 100 global customers.
