Natural beauty brand RAS Luxury Skincare has raised USD 7.5 million in its Series B funding round, led by Dabur Ventures, the investment arm of Dabur India Limited. The round also saw existing investor Unilever Ventures increase its stake, signalling continued confidence in the brand's growth strategy.

Other backers in the company include the Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund and Sixth Sense Ventures. The mix of investors spans fast-moving consumer goods, venture capital, and e-commerce, positioning the brand strongly within India's evolving premium beauty segment.

Founded in 2021 by Shubhika Jain along with her sister Suramya Jain and mother Sangeeta Jain, RAS Luxury Skincare focuses on plant-based formulations. Its product portfolio includes face elixirs, serums, and moisturisers developed using high-potency essential oils and nature-derived ingredients.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its omnichannel presence across digital platforms and offline retail. This includes growth through its direct-to-consumer website, e-commerce and quick commerce marketplaces, exclusive brand outlets, hospitality partnerships, and curated retail stores.

Investment will also be directed toward strengthening research and development, particularly in active botanical science and farm-grown indigenous ingredients under its Farm-to-Face® approach.

"We will use this capital to accelerate our omnichannel presence, deepen our R&D capabilities, and invest in brand and team building — all in pursuit of our longer-term goal of making RAS a leading name in Indian luxury skincare, at home and globally, while staying true to who we are," said Shubhika Jain, Founder and CEO.

The company reports a three-year revenue CAGR of around 75 percent and an annual recurring revenue of approximately INR 100 crore. With over 500,000 customers and high gross margins, RAS is preparing for further digital growth, expanded exclusive outlets, and selective international expansion.

In the Indian luxury skincare segment, its competitors include Forest Essentials, Kama Ayurveda, and Just Herbs.
