HomeRun

Bengaluru-based quick commerce platform HomeRun has raised INR 60 crore in Series A funding to expand its fast-delivery network for construction and home-renovation materials.

The round was led by Sorin Investments, which invested INR 40 crore, with additional backing from Titan Capital Winners Fund, Sparrow Capital, Consumer Collective by Atrium and Helios Holdings.

The round comes just three months after the Bengaluru-based startup raised INR 9 crore in a seed funding round co-led by Titan Capital and Sparrow Capital in November last year.

The startup plans to use the funds to broaden its product range, expand hyperlocal dark-store infrastructure and improve direct sourcing and supply-chain capabilities.

Investments will also be made in fulfilment technology aimed at improving delivery reliability and operational efficiency. HomeRun is also preparing to enter new cities while strengthening engagement with contractors, designers and residential communities.

Founded in 2024 by Pukhraj Grewal, HomeRun delivers construction and renovation materials such as cement, plywood, electrical supplies, plumbing equipment, hardware, adhesives and finishing products within 60 to 90 minutes. The platform serves both homeowners and contractors through a tech-enabled retail network designed to address supply delays, price opacity and last-minute shortages that often disrupt projects.

The startup operates in a large but fragmented building materials market. Industry estimates value India's building products sector at around USD 90 billion, with projections suggesting it could reach nearly USD 150 billion by 2028.

By combining localised inventory, last-mile delivery and transparent pricing, HomeRun aims to bring greater reliability and efficiency to material procurement.
