Wyser Capital, a specialty venture fund focused on enterprise and agentic artificial intelligence, has announced the first close of its maiden fund, securing commitments for about 40% of its targeted INR 120 crore corpus.

The early close attracted participation from technology CEOs, CXOs, experienced industry operators and institutional investors, signalling growing interest in agentic AI as a key driver of enterprise transformation.

The fund plans to invest between INR 2 crore and INR 5 crore in each portfolio company and has set aside additional capital for follow-on investments in high-performing startups.

Founded by Suresh Vaswani, Supria Dhanda and Satyakam Mohanty, Wyser Capital is positioned as an early-stage, operator-led venture fund. It will focus on enterprise and agentic AI startups across vertical applications, AI tooling and infrastructure, and enterprise-focused physical AI.

The fund primarily targets proof-of-concept and early-revenue companies developing intellectual property–led solutions in India for global enterprise markets.

Suresh Vaswani, Co-founder, General Partner and Chairman, said, "Wyser Capital is built to be a long-term partner to founders. Beyond capital, we bring access to enterprise networks and deep operating experience. Select investors associated with the first close are formally engaging beyond capital, through Investment Committee participation and founder mentoring."

Supria Dhanda, Co-founder and Managing Partner, noted, "The first close reflects strong alignment with discerning investors who recognise AI's transformative impact on the enterprise landscape."

Co-founder and Managing Partner Satyakam Mohanty added, "Our investment approach is anchored in rigorous technical and business diligence with strong founder-market fit."
