Brian Cristiano talks about how he started his media company. The entrepreneur talks about how, a few years into his business, he began looking into office spaces and hiring a team of employees. Unfortunately, Cristiano admits, he was not prepared for what these responsibilities actually looked like.

Cristiano underscores how -- if you feel you have a handle of 75 percent of the information -- go out and start. You will, most likely, makes mistakes, but the intentional push to take action will benefit you in the long-run.
