Understand what your customer wants

You've got to understand your customers very well. We generally get caught up in our day-to-day chores and make certain sweeping assumptions about what works and what doesn't, and that's one of the changes that we are making. We are going to double down and really understand as to what does it take to get a customer really try our services. It's important to know what is the customer is looking for.
