Fear is something that every single business person faces in their career, but the best entrepreneurs can push through their anxieties. Pro skateboarder and entrepreneur Joey Brezinski shares his thoughts with host David Meltzer on the similarities between the fear of failure experienced while both skating and launching a business, as well as his early struggles creating his bearing brand, Andale Bearings.

Joey shares his experiences partnering with other skateboarders in order to bring new products to the skateboarding market, including bearings, insoles, and skate shoes, as well as the work needed to increase the mainstream appeal of those products. Joey also discusses his strategy for forming successful partnerships, and the role of passion and social media branding in his success.
