In this animated video, Entrepreneur Network partner Peter Voogd explains the importance of health in life and business.

When you're healthy and full of energy, your influence and impact increase. You become more productive and have the ability to perform better. You're able to build stronger relationships because you become more vibrant and aware -- people are drawn to you.

There are three levels of health, Voogd says: physical, emotional and mental. All of these factors weigh into your overall health and energy. Voogd provides examples of how to boost your physical health such as eating smaller portions, choosing organic food and exercising three to five times a week. Being stronger physically translates to mental health.
