Michael Chernow had an entrepreneurial spirit since he was a kid. From walking dogs at age 13 to becoming a delivery boy, Chernow found his passion in people. This passion helped drive Chernow to open seven successful New York City restaurants.

Having positive relationships, working hard and being fearless are a number of factors that fueled Chernow's success. Hiring the right staff and developing a culture of trust was also key to building his businesses. "It's all about teamwork," he says.
