In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Jen Hacker of Toast Meets Jam meets with Elissa O'Dell and Mia Pokriefka, co-founders of the online educational hub ELM.

ELM creates life guides on a range of topics, from anxiety to careers to dating. In their early 20s, both co-founders felt that they had reached crises in their lives and didn't know what to do with their futures.

They channeled these feelings of confusion that many people experience at this age into creating ELM. They thought if they could provide online tools to help others answer big life questions, it would help them figure out theirs in return.

In the video above, Hacker, O'Dell and Pokriefka also discuss entrepreneurship, business models and motivation. Click play to learn more.
