Let’s face it, not every staffer can be a star employee. Jeffrey Hayzlett, CEO of The Hayzlett Group, a strategic business consulting firm, explains this point as the ‘rule of thirds’ in his latest book Think Big Act Bigger. Says Hayzlett, one-third will get it right away, one-third will eventually get it and one-third never will.
