Do you feel that everything is a priority and therefore have trouble actually prioritizing anything?
To-do list guru Paula Rizzo of ListProducer.com says that all you need to do is work on setting intentions for a certain time frame -- whether it be a week, a month or a year -- and then prioritize those intentions. Also, paying attention to your own productivity style makes it much more easy to prioritze. For example, have you been sleeping right? If not, make that a priority -- every day.
"And if something is going to interfere with that big thing that I need to do -- I'm not going to do it," she says. "Or, I'm going to push it back."
