MailMyCard Launches to Let Anyone Send Handwritten Cards Online to Any Country

MailMyCard • October 15, 2026 Company Launch / Rebrand

MailMyCard has launched a service that lets anyone send handwritten cards online to any country. Each card is written in ink by a real pen, mailed with tracked delivery and paid for without a subscription. At launch, the service posts cards from India to the UK, the European Union, the US, Canada, Australia, the Gulf and Asia, as well as within India, for individuals and businesses that want handwritten cards mailed worldwide.

A pen plotter writes each card in ink

MailMyCard starts with a short form on its website. The sender types the message, picks one of the service’s handwriting styles or uploads their own handwriting as a font, and chooses a card from 104 illustrated card designs made for birthdays, thank-yous, festivals and business occasions. Plain cards are available for people who prefer a blank front.

After the order is placed, a pen plotter, a machine that holds an ordinary ink pen, writes the message on cardstock in the chosen hand. The text on the card is ink on paper, so the recipient holds a card written by a pen, with no printed font involved. MailMyCard then addresses the envelope, packs the card and posts it within three business days of the order.

Every card travels by tracked delivery, and the sender can follow it online until it arrives. The delivery cost depends on the destination and appears before payment. Senders top up one wallet balance that covers both cards and postage, and there is no subscription or minimum order, so someone who wants to send a card by mail online to a relative abroad uses the same process as a company sending a large batch.

Shops and CRMs can trigger a card for every order or closed deal

MailMyCard also provides handwritten thank-you cards for business, including customer appreciation cards and welcome notes sent in batches of 50 cards or more. A company can send a whole batch from a spreadsheet of customer addresses in one order.

Store owners who want handwritten notes for Shopify orders connect their shop once, and WooCommerce and Stripe stores connect the same way. From then on, each paid order produces a handwritten thank-you card addressed to the customer’s shipping address, with no one on the team typing it in. Sales teams on HubSpot, Pipedrive and other supported CRMs can have a card sent to the contact when a deal closes. Other workflows run through Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n or the handwritten card API, which lets a purchase, a renewal or a new customer sign-up start a card automatically.

Diljit PR started MailMyCard in 2026 and runs the company from Bangalore, where every card is written and posted. “A handwritten note is the one thing in a customer’s day that was clearly made for them. We built MailMyCard so that a card written with a real pen is as easy to send as an email, to a friend in the next town or a customer on another continent,” said Diljit PR, founder of MailMyCard.
