In late 2010, performance media pioneer Sharon Lior founded ProMedia alongside DR industry veterans Susan Pensebene and Mary Ram.

After several years of significant growth, ProMedia officially became a family owned business, when Sharon's nephew, Jonathan Peress, then Director of Client Services, assumed his role as Executive Vice President and managing partner. Lior and Peress then reincorporated the company in the state of Florida, where they continue to operate today. They pride themselves on offering a performance driven, accountable and personalized approach for each of their clients.
