Headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas, RevUnit was founded in 2012 when agency colleagues Joe Saumweber and Michael Paladino set out to find a better way to do what they love: build human-centric technology. They named the company RevUnit, joining the ideas of revving up or accelerating business transformation with units of cross-functional technology experts.
From those early days of Joe and Michael meeting in coffee shops and living rooms, RevUnit grew from 2 to 60+ employees and evolved to specialize in employee-facing enterprise software.
