Ginger + Liz and Their Vision for Healthy Nails

In 2010, Ginger Johnson and Liz Pickett founded Ginger + Liz Colour Collection, a line of nontoxic, vegan nail polish. But they are about more than selling beauty products. They want to provide women with the information they need to live healthy lives.

Johnson and Pickett believe it's important to sell and use cosmetics that are made without harsh chemicals and other potentially harmful additives. But, they say, you don't have to sacrifice your sense of style to save your health. Their polishes sell for $12 apiece and come in a wide range of fashionable shades.

In this episode of Young Visionaries, we talk to Johnson and Pickett about the possibilities for growth in their niche retail business.
