Entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk made his name with brash online videos about wine on his blog Wine Library TV. He posted videos from 2006 to 2011 and one could say he became known as "America's Wine Guy." But Vaynerchuk knew he was an entrepreneur at heart and didn't want to be pigeon-holed. He had co-founded VaynerMedia, a New York-based social media and digital branding agency based in New York City, and wrote two business books: Crush It! Why Now Is the Time to Cash in on Your Passion (Harper Studio, 2009) and The Thank You Economy (HarperBusiness, 2011). In this video, he talks about his to recast his personal brand.
