When it comes to finding inspiration and great leadsership advice, there are countless resources in media. There are too many movies, novels and other helpful business books to list in this short article.

To help cut through the noise, we asked behavior science expert James Clear to share his best recommendation that can inspire us all to be better leaders. His choice was the book Meditationswritten almost 2,000 years ago by Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius. (Clear says he prefers the translation by Gregory Hays.)
