Alexis Ohanian knows a thing or two about starting a company.

He also knows a thing or two about cats.

The 32-year-old co-founder of Reddit spoke about both in a delightful speech at the recent Entrepreneur360 Conference in New York City, captivating the hundreds of business professionals in attendance.

Beginning with his early days as a dorky kid with a bowl cut, Ohanian retraced his path to launching Reddit, the social news site that now attracts more than 200 million visitors a month. Along the way, he offered tales of failure and rejection -- and a hilarious, plausible theory about why cats are so popular on the Internet.

We don’t want to give it all away. If you need a bit of inspiration, cozy up and check out the full 40-minute speech above.
