Sure, you know that at times -- in anything you pursue -- you will fail. But according to leadership coach and former professional tennis player Zander Woodford-Smith, failure is only temporary, and there are ways to use it to your advantage.
"People always struggle with wrestling with the fear of failure -- most of all, doubting their own capability," he says. "But no great reward ever came without risk."
