As a forward-thinking entrepreneur, you might often feel misunderstood, at times by everyone -- family, friends and even people at work, if you're leading an innovative front.
That's because, according to leadership coach Zander Woodford-Smith, entrepreneurs are just at an extremely high level of human development compared with most other people who have more traditional values and just don't see the world the same way you do.
"You need to step down to their level, and take responsibility for that," he says. "Because developmentally, they haven't gone through that stage yet -- but you have, and that's why you're an entrepreneur."
