He says that you need to fully embrace the truth of who you really are, because then the pain of having a conflicted mind goes away instantly. Suffering might show up, but it will come as nothing more than small blows you receive along the way.
"A mind that is at peace is a mind that is whole," he says. "You cannot want to do one thing and then think and behave in the opposite direction."
