If You Try to Build Relationships Rather Than Sell Something, You'll Rarely Feel Rejected

No one likes rejection. But in this video, Dr. Ivan Misner, founder of Business Network International (BNI), says that in order to not feel rejected, don't try to sell someone something. 

"Instead, try to build relationships with people," he says. "Making a connection is about having a conversation. Very few people have rejected me in a conversation when I have been interested in what they have to say."
