Don't have much cash flow to speak of? If that's the case, you still need to develop a system to keep track of your income when you're first starting your business, according to Entrepreneur Network partners Brittney Castro and Jen Hacker.

Castro, founder of Financially Wise Women, recommends using an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of your monthly budget and setting a weekly "money date" to update the budget to see what's going on.
