1. Not even the industry veterans could defy the huge potential lying in Artificial Intelligence. Former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka has launched an AI startup, Vian Systems Inc which has raised $50 million.

2. Investors seem to have caught the Viral Fever. The popular online network TVF has raised close to $5 million from one of India’s leading investors, Tiger Global, taking its valuation to $82 million.

3. The raising awareness around health has got US-based healthtech platform Biofourmis a cheque of $35 million. The Series B round of funding was led by Sequoia India and Mass Mutual Ventures.

4. Coming back to India, Gurugram-based Spinny is all set give competition to CarDekho and peers. The used car platform has raised $13.2 million in Series A funding round led by Accel and SAIF Partners.
